Monthly Archives: April 2008
A couple of weeks ago I got together with some of the lovlies from Scrapniques for a ‘Crap Scrap’ at my place. This involved everyone bringing along their old ‘crappy’ supplies, which were placed in the middle of the table for sharing. the layouts completed that night had to use only supplies from the centre of the table. It must have gotten the creative juices flowing as I comleted 6 layouts. Here are 4 of those (the other 2 were in albums when I took these pics so will have to be shared at a later date)…
Matilda & I just got back from 5 nights away visiting family. Oliver & Uncle John both had birthdays last week 0
Ignore the crazy look on Matilda’s face lol.
And here is one of my favourite photos from a little photo shoot I did with matilda while we were visiting Granny & Papa’s house (I have heaps of others from this shoot that are just as gorgeous but I will share a couple more another time) –
ok, bombarded you enough. xxx
We had a birthday in our house last week. (Yes i realise I’m behind the times again). Shannon turned 27 last Tuesday. Dannii, Israel & their girls – Chloe, Ascha & Gemma, came over to help us celebrate.
I made Shannon a Tennis cake lol.
Tilly helped me make the cake
and here are a couple of other piccies of Matilda. Here she is at one of her favourite places in the house…watching Rusty through the window…
Watching Rusty through the flyscreen (don’t you just LOVE these cute stripey tights!)
and she is now up and crawling properly
She also pulls herself up and stands on everything now. She is so adventurous and is constantly moving.
In other exciting news Dannii & I have our first ad come out in the new issue of Scrapbooking Memories mag (Vol 9 No 12) for Scrapniques. There is also an article on Dannii in there so be sure to get your hands on a copy.
We have a change over of Tenants happening this week. So we will be busy out at the property getting some final things fixed up.
Matilda and I are going home to Cobargo tomorrow to visit the family. Uncle John is celebrating his 50th birthday and Oliver is also having a birthday this week (Happy birthday guys!) so we will be home til Sun. Shannon is staying here though.
Ok, off to get some more things done. J xx
It’s always so lovely to have visitors. Just last weekend the Ackland family came to visit. Belinda and I have been friends since we were in early high school and shared a room at Uni together. She was also the maid of honour at our wedding and I was a bridesmaid at hers. She is just so beautiful inside and out and expecting her second bundle of joy in July and I had the privilege of capturing some of their precious moments on camera.
(Thanks Dannii for having a play with the editing)
Such a beautiful family! Just letting you know Bel that I think of you often and can’t wait to meet the beautiful bundle God has blessed you with. much love, J xx
